SAUFO Society

UFO-IT was a tournament here in Springfield from the mid-70s through the 90s. It was one of the longest-standing Midwest tournaments and brought teams from across the country. 

Induction to the SAUFO Society is the highest honor Springfield Area Ultimate bestows on a player. Members of the SAUFO Society have all played pivotal roles in establishing the Springfield Ultimate community, are staples of Springfield Ultimate, and have represented Springfield Ultimate on the Regional, National, and International stages.

We hope to be able to add more inductees to the SAUFO Society as Springfield Area Ultimate continues to grow and expand.
